Terms and Conditions of Use i3cuci

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member") and i3cuci ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered by i3cuci, you automatically agree to comply with all provisions set out in this document.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy i3cuci, each of which forms part of your overall agreement with us.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the i3cuci platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Have not previously had an account terminated by i3cuci for fraud or breach of terms.
• Using your real identity and accurate information during registration.

I3cuci reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to register one (1) account. You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Any changes to personal information must be updated through your account profile section.

• Accounts are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
• You must keep your password and login details strictly confidential.
• All activity that occurs within your account is your sole responsibility.
• Holding multiple accounts may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of balances.

The KYC verification process involves submitting a copy of a valid identity card or passport, proof of current address, and any additional documents if required. This process is typically completed within 24 hours on business days.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

I3cuci accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, MAE, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit is RM10.00 unless otherwise stated for specific promotions.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same member's name only.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in the account being temporarily suspended for investigation.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, credits will be added to your account instantly or within up to 15 minutes depending on the payment method.
• I3cuci is not responsible for any deposit delays caused by the payment processing provider.
• All financial transactions on i3cuci are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5 Withdrawal of Funds

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time via the "Withdrawal" section in their i3cuci account. All withdrawal requests for accounts that have completed full KYC verification will be processed within 3–5 minutes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30.00 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• For accounts that have not completed KYC, the first withdrawal will take between 1–3 business days.
• I3cuci reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawals exceeding RM10,000.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

I3cuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be stated in the terms of each respective promotion.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 35x depending on the type of bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonus usage is only permitted on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms.
• I3cuci reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse or fraud is detected.
• Members are prohibited from using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.

7 Game Rules

All games offered at i3cuci — including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, race betting, and Fish Shooting Games — have their own rules. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, i3cuci reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to play is strictly prohibited.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the member.
• I3cuci reserves the right to decline or limit any wager without providing a reason.

8 Member Responsibilities and Conduct

As an i3cuci member, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering.
• Using a false identity or another person's personal information.
• Committing or colluding in any form of fraud or game manipulation.
• Abusing customer support in a disruptive or disrespectful manner.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the security and operations of the i3cuci platform.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account closure, balance freezing, and legal action where necessary.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

I3cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including:

• Identity verification failed or invalid KYC documents submitted.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Holding multiple active accounts.
• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Self-exclusion request initiated by the member or upon a guardian's request.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the i3cuci support team. Any valid balance will be returned once the necessary investigation is complete.

10 i3cuci Limitation of Liability

I3cuci is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage. i3cuci's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by the member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

I3cuci does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. We will endeavour to minimise any service disruptions and notify members as promptly as possible in the event of scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages.

11 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, trademarks, designs, software, and other materials found on the i3cuci platform are the exclusive property of i3cuci or its licensors. Members are not permitted to copy, distribute, display, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from i3cuci.

The name "i3cuci" and associated logos are registered trademarks. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

12 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

I3cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-account notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of the i3cuci platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically for the latest updates.
